How I Make Thousands of Gold From Limited Supply Items on WoW
Posted by Patricia Adams in Computers
Being new to World of Warcraft can be quite a hassle on your character’s pockets. If you’re like me, you would by now be starting to look for means to make money, I went on the internet to look for tips and tricks on how to make fast gold on WoW.
What I found was even better, one of the first Secret Warcraft podcasts. Included was Jonathan Kenins weekly review of the good gold makes in the game.
Some new terms I learned from Secret Warcraft are limited supply items, and cross-faction trading. I also learned that I don’t have to spend hours of my time on World of Warcraft just to make gold to make ends meet. Doing monotonous things in order to make gold is completely optional.
By using limited supply items, and cross-faction trading, making gold on WoW has never been so easy!
All you have to do is, first get a list of the Limited Supply items on WoW. You can get an excellent complete list at SecretWarcraft.com, it’s organized by zone and location, as well as profit potential per item, so you can get going as fast as possible with limited supply trading.
Then with that list, you will have to monitor your auction house. Check which items are selling for a lot, and which ones are not so hot on your server, that way you wont end up wasting money on an item that you wont be able to sell for a good profit.
After getting an idea of which items would best suit your gold-making needs, it’s time to go shopping for the items you are planning to sell.
Go and visit the vendors with your empty bags, buy a bunch of the Limited Supply items, the best ones to go for are Alliance exclusive items like Pattern: Black Whelp Tunic, Pattern: Black Whelp Cloak, Pattern: Raptor Hide Belt.
Or the Horde exclusive items like Pattern: Raptor Hide Harness, Recipe: Crispy Bat Wing, Formula: Enchant Chest – Lesser Mana.
You can make a good gold profit on these items if you do cross-faction trading, which basically means selling Horde exclusive items on the Alliance auction house, and the Alliance exclusive items on the Horde auction house.
