Instead of you having to remember to open up the program and run a system scan, the program will automatically do it based on a pre-set schedule that you decide on (I recommend a weekly scan).

4) Strong Customer Service

Realistically you aren’t going to need to ask for a lot of technical support with an anti-spyware program. Once it’s installed on your computer it’s pretty much smooth sailing from there. However I like to know that I can get support if I were ever to need it.

I want to see that the company that makes the software stands behind the product and cares enough about their customers to offer prompt, efficient customer service. It’s a little touch that shows their commitment to delivering a quality product.

What kinds of support do I expect? For this type of product I certainly don’t need telephone support, but I do want to see that I have the option to get help by email when I need it.
